- cherry juice - 1/2 c
- small vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 item
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy
How to make cheesecake:
Stir cream cheese until very soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with mixer for 1 minute. Pour at once into a cooled graham cracker crust. Chill 1 hour or until firm enough to cut.Cherry Glaze Topping:1 c. or 1/2 can drained cherries (reserve 1/2 c.)2 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. cornstarch1/2 c. cherry juice Combine cornstarch and cherry juice. Cook until thick. Turns a clear color. Add cherries and red food coloring. Cool in a large bowl of ice, then add to top of cooled cheesecake mixture.
