  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tomato slices optional - 1 item

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Brown beef with onions and drain. Add salt and pepper. Place in bottom of lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Top with tomato slices and serve.
