Cheeseburger pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- 9-inch deep-dish pie shell - 1 item
- minced green onion substitute dash of onion powder if you prefer - 1/3 c
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Brown ground beef; drain fat and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, eggs, milk and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, pepper and onion. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.This is a great recipe to double and freeze 1 for another meal!
