  • milk - 1/4 c
  • water - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 1 3/4
  • Bisquick original baking mix - 2 c

How to make cheeseburger bake:

Heat oven to 400°. Generously grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cook beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup and milk. Stir baking mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
