Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- New York sharp cheese any brand - 1/2 lb
- paprika or red pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make cheese wafers:
Cream butter and cheese; add salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar and flour to creamed mixture. Roll dough into small balls and flatten. Bake at 275° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
