Ingredients/Components
- grated 1/2 extra sharp and 1/2 sharp - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make cheese wafers:
Have butter and cheese at room temperature. Cream together and fold in dry ingredients. Mix. Divide into 3 rolls and refrigerate overnight. Slice thin and bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Sauces.
