Ingredients/Components

• pinch of salt - 1 item
• margarine - 1/2 lb
• dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
• grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
• four

How to make cheese straws:

Cream butter and cheese. Blend in dry ingredients. Shape into walnut size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with fork. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Yields 6 dozen.
