Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- sticks butter - 2 item
- paprika
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- red pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Lea & Perrins - 1 tsp
- black rind cheese extra sharp Cheddar - 1 lb
- drops Tabasco hot sauce - 10 item
How to make cheese straws:
Cream together butter, hot sauce, Lea & Perrins and lemon juice. Grate cheese and let come to room temperature. Then add it to butter mixture. Mix dry ingredients and add to cheese mixture. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Cheese.
