Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • soft butter - 4 Tbsp
  • cream - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/8 tsp
  • grated cheese - 3 Tbsp
  • enough bread flour that will make a dough that will roll - 1 item

How to make cheese straws:

Combine the first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Add cream and flour. Mix all together. Roll dough mixture into strips or you may cut the dough into strips. Bake the cheese straws at 400° until they are a delicate brown.
