  • nuts - 1 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • small onion, grated - 1 item
  • sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb

How to make cheese spread:

Mix ingredients and chill. Shape on platter (to look like a pie crust). Spread thin layer of strawberry preserves on top and serve with Ritz or any cracker. Very pretty, especially during the holidays.
