Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- cans chicken broth - 3 item
- carrots - 3 item
- stalks celery - 3 item
- green onions - 3 item
- cans potato soup - 3 item
How to make cheese soup:
Chop vegetables finely. Saute all vegetables in 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine until tender. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes. Add potato soup and cook for 10 minutes. Add Velveeta chopped in small squares. Allow to melt. Add sour cream and stir until mixed well.
