Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- flour - 1/4 c
- cornstarch
- soda - 1/8 tsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/3 item
- diced carrots - 1 c
- chicken stock - 1 qt
- cheese Velveeta - 2 c
How to make cheese soup:
Melt oleo in soup pot. Add onion, carrots and celery. Saute until soft. Add flour and cornstarch. Cook until bubbly. Add broth and milk and make a smooth sauce. Add soda and cheese. Garnish with parsley before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
