Cheese soup



  • onions, chopped - 1 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • potatoes, cubed
  • California Blend vegetables - 1 pkg
  • box Velveeta cheese - 1 lb

How to make cheese soup:

Melt bouillon cubes in 6 cups boiling water. Add onions and potatoes. Simmer about 20 minutes, until fork-tender. Add soup. Bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables. Simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Add cubed cheese, stirring until melted.
