Ingredients/Components
- onions, chopped - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- potatoes, cubed
- California Blend vegetables - 1 pkg
- box Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
How to make cheese soup:
Melt bouillon cubes in 6 cups boiling water. Add onions and potatoes. Simmer about 20 minutes, until fork-tender. Add soup. Bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables. Simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Add cubed cheese, stirring until melted.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
