Ingredients/Components
- water - 4 c
- carrots - 1 c
- potatoes
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- Velveeta - 1 lb
- broccoli and cauliflower - 1 pkg
- to 2 cans cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make cheese soup:
Cook first five ingredients about 20 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until tender. Add sliced or cubed cheese and soup. Let cheese melt, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 easily. Can also add zucchini or green beans.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
