  • water - 1 qt
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/4 1/2
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • diced onions - 1/2 c
  • to 3 chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • raw potatoes, cut small
  • large bag frozen mixed vegetables carrots, broccoli or cauliflower - 1 item
  • Add raw potatoes and frozen mixed vegetables

How to make cheese soup:

Boil water, chicken bouillon cubes and diced onions for 20 minutes in Dutch oven (covered). Add raw potatoes and frozen mixed vegetables. Boil for 10 minutes longer with lid on (until tender). Add chicken soup and Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted.*INXSALADS:
