- milk - 1 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mustard - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make cheese souffle:
Make a thick white sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir into the hot white sauce the shredded cheese.
