  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item

How to make cheese souffle:

Make a thick white sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir into the hot white sauce the shredded cheese. Remove from heat; stir in egg yolks, well beaten. Beat until stiff 3 egg whites with cream of tar
