Cheese scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- chicken broth
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced - 6 item
- grated Swiss cheese, lightly packed - 1 c
How to make cheese scalloped potatoes:
Heat broth in saucepan. Add potatoes, pepper and seasoned salt. Heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes. Do not drain.Layer potato mixture and Swiss cheese in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Spray dish with Pam first. Bake covered at 350° for one hour.
Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking until top is golden.
