Ingredients/Components

  • Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
  • chicken broth
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • medium potatoes, peeled and sliced - 6 item
  • grated Swiss cheese, lightly packed - 1 c

How to make cheese scalloped potatoes:

Heat broth in saucepan. Add potatoes, pepper and seasoned salt. Heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes. Do not drain.

Layer potato mixture and Swiss cheese in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Spray dish with Pam first. Bake covered at 350° for one hour.

Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking until top is golden.
