Cheese sauce
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- grated cheese American or Cheddar - 1 c
How to make cheese sauce:
Melt margarine; add flour and stir well. Add milk slowly and cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve over seasoned boiled vegetables. May add water if needed.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Savory sauces.
