Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- small onion - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 pkg
How to make cheese sauce:
Cook onion in melted butter. Mix in flour. Add Parmesan cheese and salt, then add milk. Beat egg yolks and put in cheese mixture. Cook slowly 10 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese and mix well. Cook one package lasagne noodles and layer with meat sauce in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. After final meat layer, seal top with cheese sauce. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
