Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- strawberry preserves - 1 c
- clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
How to make cheese ring:
Combine all ingredients except preserves and mix well; chill. Mold into ring. Fill with preserves. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
