Cheese ring

Ingredients/Components

• mayonnaise - 1 c
• onion, grated - 1 item
• pecans, chopped - 1 c
• strawberry preserves - 1 item
• medium cheese, grated - 1 lb
• dash of black or cayenne pepper - 1 item

How to make cheese ring:

Mix all ingredients except strawberry preserves. Spray ring mold with Pam. Place in mold and refrigerate until firm. Fill center with preserves and serve with crackers.
