Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- stick Butter - 1 item
- loaf unsliced Bread - 1 item
- shredded or chopped Sharp Cheddar - 1/4 lb
- pinch Dry Mustard - 1 item
- Egg Whites stiffly beaten - 2 item
How to make cheese puffs:
Trim crusts and cut Bread in cubes (1 inch). Melt Cheese and Butter in top of double boiler (over hot water) until like welsh rabbit and add Dry Mustard. Whisk until smooth; remove from heat; whisk in Egg Whites. Carefully dip Bread Cubes into cheese wRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
