Cheese puffs
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- margarine or butter - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
How to make cheese puffs:
Heat water and margarine to boiling. Stir in Bisquick all at once. Stir over heat until mixture leaves side of pan and forms ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, beating until mixture is smooth. Mix in cheese and seasoning. Drop dough by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° until puffed and light golden brown (18 to 20 minutes).Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
