  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • potatoes
  • Velveeta, cubed - 2 c
  • Cheez-Its crackers - 2 c

How to make cheese potatoes:

Boil potatoes until tender all the way through, then cube. Pour the milk in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place boiled potatoes on top of milk. Add cheese, flour and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the top with crushed Cheez-Its crackers.
