Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- potatoes
- Velveeta, cubed - 2 c
- Cheez-Its crackers - 2 c
How to make cheese potatoes:
Boil potatoes until tender all the way through, then cube. Pour the milk in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place boiled potatoes on top of milk. Add cheese, flour and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the top with crushed Cheez-Its crackers.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
