Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 3/4 1
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 12 item
How to make cheese potato puff:
Peel potatoes. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly. Add butter, cheese, milk and salt. Beat until butter and cheese are melted. Fold in eggs and pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. If not baked right away refrigerate. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
