  • corn flakes - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
  • medium onion, chopped optional - 1 item

How to make cheese potato casserole:

Partially thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 1 hour. Top with corn flakes and bake additional 5 minutes.
