- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- corn flakes - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
- medium onion, chopped optional - 1 item
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Partially thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 1 hour. Top with corn flakes and bake additional 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
