Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- sticks margarine or butter - 2 item
- white potatoes - 3 lb
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt for boiling potatoes - 1 tsp
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Boil potatoes 15 minutes and cool and slice. Then layer potatoes, both cheeses and butter in casserole dish until all are used. Add milk and bake in oven 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
