Cheese pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2/3 c
• cream cheese - 1 lb
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• crushed graham crackers
• fresh fruit - 1 item

How to make cheese pie:

Crust:1 1/3 c. crushed graham crackers1/2 c. margarine fresh fruit Cream the cream cheese; add eggs one at a time, alternately with sugar. Add sour cream and then vanilla.

Prepare crust by melting margarine and add to crumbs. Place crumbs in bottom of greased pan. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn off heat and leave cake for 1 hour without opening the spring-form pan. When cool, serve with fresh fruit.
