  • milk - 3/4 c
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • honey - 2 Tbsp
  • cornmeal
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • picante hot sauce - 2 Tbsp

How to make cheese mexican cornbread:

Mix flour and cornmeal. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix together and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
