- milk - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- flour - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- cornmeal
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- picante hot sauce - 2 Tbsp
How to make cheese mexican cornbread:
Mix flour and cornmeal. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix together and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Side dish, Corn.
