Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make cheese log:
Combine grated cheese, cream cheese, nuts and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly and form into two logs, 10 to 12 inches. Roll in chili powder and chill. Slice to use on crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
