Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • finely chopped pecans
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • seasoning salt - 2 tsp

How to make cheese log:

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup pecans and remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended. Shape into two 8-inch logs or ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill.
