  • salt - 1 item
  • flour
  • eggs, separated - 3 item
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • milk warm
  • small can pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make cheese custard:

Beat sugar, flour, egg yolks and salt. Heat milk (warm), cottage cheese and pineapple. Beat egg whites and put in last. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Makes one 9-inch pie.
