  • sour cream
  • melted butter - 1 Tbsp
  • graham crackers, crushed about 12 - 3/4 c

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 c. sugar Topping:2 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 375°.

Crust: Mix well in medium size bowl; spread evenly over bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Press lightly with fingers. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

Filling: Beat cream cheese on medium speed until light. Add 4 eggs, vanilla and sugar. Beat until light and creamy. Pour in crust. Bake 35 minutes.

Topping: Beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla with wooden spoon. Remove cheese cake from oven. Spread topping over top and bake 5 minutes more. Cool in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate 5 hours.
