- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- stick butter, softened - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine butter, cake mix and 1 egg. Mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over batter layer. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and remaining 2 eggs. Mix well. Spread mixture over pecan layer. Reduce temperature to 325° and bake 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown.
