- vanilla - 1 tsp

- milk - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- double graham crackers, crushed - 10 item
How to make cheese cake:
Cake:4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 pt. sour cream2 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla4 eggs3/4 c. milk4 Tbsp. flour Crust: Mix ingredients for crust and line bottom of 10-inch spring-form section pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400° and cool.Cake: Cream the cheese. Add sour cream, eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and then vanilla. Pour into pan and bake at 400° for 1 hour. When done, let the cake stand for 1 hour before refrigerating.
