  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • plain pastry or graham cracker pie shell - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Combine all ingredients and pour in crust. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve as is or top with your favorite topping.
