Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- Grease a 9 or 10-inch spring mold pan or angel food tube pan
- Beat 3 egg whites and fold into mixture
How to make cheese cake:
Mix together and line bottom of pan. Grease a 9 or 10-inch spring mold pan or angel food tube pan.Filling:16 oz. cream cheese3 egg yolks1/2 c. sugar3/4 tsp. vanilla Mix together with electric mixer. Beat 3 egg whites and fold into mixture. Put in oven for 25 minutes at 375°. After 25 minutes, take out of oven and cool for 15 minutes.Topping:1 pt. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla After cake has cooled 15 minutes, spoon sour cream topping on cake. Put in oven for 10 minutes at 475°. Keep in refrigerator. It tastes even better the second day.Note: Cherry pie filling can be used for an additional topping.
