- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
How to make cheese cake:
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Cream well. Add egg yolks and blend thoroughly. Cream. Add vanilla and salt. Beat egg whites in separate bowl. Whip cream in another bowl. Fold whipped cream and egg whites into first bowl, one at a time. Crush 20 gRecipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
