Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- egg yolks - 6 item
- cream cheese room temperature - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- graham crackers, crushed
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
How to make cheese cake:
Crust:1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed3 Tbsp. melted butter Prepare crust by mixing ingredients together. Grease a 9-inch spring pan. Sprinkle crust mixture around bottom and sides of pan; press to sides.Mix filling ingredients in order given. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in. Fill cracker crumb crust and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 300°. Leave in oven for 1 hour with door closed and oven off. Add 1 hour with oven door open. Cake is better if left in pan in refrigerator until next day.
