  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • hot water - 1 c
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • graham crackers - 34 item
  • lemon gelatin

How to make cheese cake:

Freeze milk until crystals form. Chill bowl and beaters. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and set aside to cool. Crush graham crackers and mix with margarine. Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of 11 x 7-inch pan. Cream cheese and sugar. Add cooled gelatin and lemon juice. Whip milk until stiff. Fold into creamed mixture. Pour into crust-lined pan and sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
