Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- 2 c - 1 pt
- Crust:1 stick margarine
- Comstock fruit - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Crust:1 stick margarine1 1/2 c. flour3 Tbsp. sugar1 egg1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder Filling:1 c. sugar3 eggs2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. flour1 pt. (2 c.) milk Mix together crust ingredients, cutting in margarine. Press in bottom and sides of spring-form pan.Mix together the first four filling ingredients and cream. Add vanilla, flour and milk together; whip slowly and blend into rest of filling. Pour into crust.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Shut off oven and let remain, in oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Pour Comstock fruit over cake when cool.
