Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, room temperature - 4 item
- graham cracker pie shell - 9 in
- + 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- Phili cream cheese - 3 8
How to make cheese cake:
Mix cream cheese, salt and vanilla until creamy and smooth. Add eggs, mixing well after each egg. Add 1 c. sugar slowly while mixing. Put mixture into the graham pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees until center is jello like. Remove and cool 10 minutes.TOPPING: Mix sour cream and 2 Tbsp sugar until it stiffens and spread topping over pie. Bake 5 minutes or until it sets.
Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
