Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• pkg - 2 oz
• sour cream - 1 Tbsp
• self-rising flour - 1 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• ready-made graham cracker crust - 1 item
• vanilla extract flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Make sure cream cheese is soft (leave at room temperature for about 1 hour before preparation). Blend cream cheese and sugar first, then add other ingredients. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes and 250° for 1 hour. Serve chilled with fruit topping.
