Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1 c
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- margarine or butter - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese9 Tbsp. sugar3 eggs, separated2 c. milk juice of 1/2 lemon1 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. flour cinnamon Crust: Cream butter and sugar; add egg. Mix thoroughly; add flour and baking powder. Press on bottom and sides of 2-quart baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.Filling: Cream the cheese; add sugar and mix well. Add egg yolks, milk, lemon juice, vanilla and flour. Mix well; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour filling into prepared dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
