  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream
  • tsp vanilla - 1 item
  • melted butter or oleo - 1/2 c
  • philadelphia cream cheese - 2 lg

How to make cheese cake:

Topping:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp vanilla Topping: Mix ingredients together and set aside.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted oleo or butter and 1/2 cup sugar together. Pack in a 12x8-inch pyrex dish or pan. Cream together cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour mixture over cracker crumbs. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Spread topping over cake and return to oven and bake 10 minutes at 425°.

NOTE: 1 can cherry or 1 can strawberry pie filling may be added over the sour cream before final baking.
