Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 3 oz
• sour cream - 1 pt
• 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
• box vanilla wafers - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put crushed wafers. Add butter until thoroughly mixed. Spread on bottom and sides of pan.

Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and eggs until creamy. Pour over crust and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Mix sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cake. Top with cherries, strawberries or blueberries. Refrigerate until chilled.
