Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2/3 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• sour cream - 1 pt
• almond extract - 1/2 tsp
• whole eggs - 3 item

How to make cheese cake:

Mix in bowl cream cheese, almond extract, 2/3 cup sugar and eggs. Pour into buttered 10-inch heavy pie plate. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Shut off oven; let sit in oven for 20 minutes. Take out cake.

Topping: Mix sour cream, vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar; pour over cake. Bake at 350° until slightly bubbly. Remove, cool and chill. Top with fruit pie mix (cherries are great).
