Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cream cheese - 1 lb
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 pt
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• melted butter - 1/4 lb
• juice of 1 lemon
• eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
• graham cracker crust - 1 item
• cottage cheese, creamed smooth - 1 lb

How to make cheese cake:

Place graham cracker crust in a 10-inch spring-form pan. Mix all other ingredients until mixture is smooth. Pour into pan. Bake in 325° oven for one hour. Turn oven off and leave the cheese cake in the oven for two more hours. Do not open oven. This is absolutely delicious!
