Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 8 oz
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- Pam cooking spray - 1 item
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
How to make cheese biscuits:
Combine all ingredients in this order: oleo, sour cream, pepper, flour and cheese. Spray miniature muffin tins. Distribute dough in tins. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes 3 1/2 dozen. Freeze and remove and warm as needed.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
