  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheese balls:

Let cheese reach room temperature. Blend ingredients thoroughly. Roll into balls or logs and then roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts.
